Gabriele Cirulli designed the one-player sliding tile puzzle game 2048. Combine tiles with the same power of 2 to reach the total. To reach 2048, you must continue merging tiles in this manner.
How to Play
Use your arrow keys to move all of the tiles in the desired direction. Each time you move, two more are added to the game. When two identically numbered tiles come into contact with each other, they combine to produce one. Your score will rise as you move the tiles around. As you go, the board will continue to fill up, so plan your steps carefully!
Methods and Recommendations
Take note of the grid's edge. You want the largest amount to be in a pleasant location for ease of access. When they match, keep adding larger numbers in that corner to combine them. If you get the higher numbers in the middle, you may become bewildered and run out of numbers, requiring you to restart the game.
